Steven served as the project architect for Phase 2 of 1 Yonge, guided by David Pontarini's vision & leadership. This project features a staggering 105-storey tower, the tallest in Toronto. The main challenge was to transform biomorphic massing into a design and economic framework suitable for a condominium.
